No. The Zepp App provides the advertised training, wellness and recovery features without a mandatory monthly subscription. Some connected third-party services may have their own terms.
What is included with the Helio Strap Pro?
Helio Core Motion HR, Helio Core Motion Waist, Helio Pro Clip, wristband, armband, magnetic charging head and instruction manual. A charging cable is not included.
Do I need an Amazfit smartwatch to use it?
The Helio Strap Pro can track supported heart-rate, health and sports data through the Zepp App without a watch. However, the complete Hybrid Training Dynamics setup described by Amazfit also requires a compatible Balance 3 or Balance Ultra smartwatch, sold separately.
Where can I wear the sensors?
The HR module can be used on the wrist or upper arm with the supplied bands. The separate waist-motion module is used with the included waist clip for supported movement-analysis sessions.
Is it compatible with my phone?
It works with Android 8.0 or later and iOS 17.0 or later through the Zepp App. Check app and feature availability for your region before purchasing.
How long does the battery last?
Amazfit rates the Helio Core Motion HR module for up to 11 days of typical use and the waist-motion module for up to 44 days. Both use magnetic charging, normally taking up to two hours per module; real battery life varies.
Can I wear it while swimming?
Both modules have a 5 ATM water-resistance rating. Follow Amazfit's instructions for supported activities, rinse and dry after use, and avoid saunas, hot showers and other conditions outside the manufacturer's guidelines.
Can it share heart rate with other fitness devices?
Yes. Real-time heart-rate broadcasting is supported over Bluetooth with compatible Amazfit and third-party devices, fitness equipment and apps. Specific integrations may vary by region.
