AFORDA sources products through its supplier network and checks items before dispatch. If you have concerns about a product you receive, contact us with your order details so we can review them.

Review the product's available options and specifications before ordering. Sizing and compatibility vary between brands and models. If you need guidance, contact AFORDA before checkout.

Dispatch options depend on the product and sourcing availability. If offered, same-day, three-day or ten-day dispatch refers to when an order is expected to ship, not when it will be delivered. Delivery timing is separate and can vary.

Product prices include applicable taxes. A flat-rate delivery fee, where applicable, is displayed at checkout. AFORDA does not add extra duties or handling fees at checkout.

Please contact AFORDA as early as possible. Cancellation after procurement and size exchanges for sourced-to-order items may not be available. If you receive an incorrect, defective or potentially inauthentic item, contact us promptly so we can review it under our published policies.
